Lending Standards Board goes live
A new website for the Lending Standards Board has just gone live. In addition to promoting a new set of Standards, the site offers far more content to explain how this voluntary code works, how its monitored, how to join and anything else existing or prospective registered firms need to know. Hold onto your hat.
A personalised MyLSB section also brings together all the information existing firms require, from the outcomes of investigations to dedicated contact information.
I worked with the LSB to:
- Define a site structure
- Develop a clear and consistent tone of voice
- Generate new in-depth content
- Edit existing content and bring it into line with the new tonality
- Write launch emails to new and existing partners
The project builds on my extensive experience in financial copywriting. It includes projects for clients including Barclays, Citibank, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, and Standard Chartered. It doesn’t include those banking-style bonuses.
