Having grown exponentially and brought in a number of high profile clients, it was time to relaunch the Spacelab brand to reflect this people-based approach.
I met senior stakeholders to gain a feel for the business, before developing a human, professional tone of voice and running it through communications such as a new website, proposals and presentations.
